All products sold by Cambridge Wizards are intended exclusively for legitimate scientific research and laboratory use by qualified professionals. They are not intended for:

• Recreational use or any non-research application
• Resale to end consumers without appropriate licensing

Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Cambridge Wizards. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction
• You are purchasing for legitimate scientific research purposes
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

Legal Compliance & Buyer Responsibility

It is the buyer's sole and exclusive responsibility to verify the legal status of any compound in their jurisdiction before placing an order. Laws governing research chemicals vary significantly between countries, states, and regions.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have conducted your own legal due diligence and that the purchase is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Cambridge Wizards. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment must be completed within 24 hours of order placement
• Accepted methods: Bank Transfer, CashApp, Zelle, Chime, Cryptocurrency
• Payment instructions are provided by email after checkout
• Orders unpaid after 24 hours may be cancelled without notice
• All sales are final once an order has been dispatched

Shipping & Delivery

Cambridge Wizards ships worldwide with discreet packaging and tracking. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. The buyer is responsible for:

• Providing an accurate and complete delivery address
• Customs duties, import taxes, and compliance with local import laws
• Ensuring the delivery address is accessible and secure

Cambridge Wizards is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Refunds & Reshipments

Our refund and reshipment policy applies to lost packages, first-time customs seizures, wrong products, and damaged goods. Change-of-mind refunds are not available after dispatch. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cambridge Wizards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Privacy & Data Protection
